Design and Planning

An extension needs to feel like it was always there. So we think hard about how it connects to the existing structure, where the light lands, and how the whole thing flows together.

Step 3

Quote

Once the design is signed off, we put together a detailed quote so there are no surprises down the track. From there we'll walk you through what happens next, including what's needed to get things moving with the council.

Step 4

The Build

Once consent is issued, we start. You can track progress through our online project management system anytime and we'll be in regular contact throughout.

Step 5

Code Compliance Certificate

At the end of the build, we organise the council inspection and obtain the Code Compliance Certificate.
